cov19 Test- does it have a date on it? whats it look like? How many tests can you have?/fromGov site

(when registering the test through the Gov website)
1) When you book a covid 19 test, from the Gov website at one of your local centres (walk in or car)
2) What exactly is the test? something you put in your mouth?
3) What does the result look like? (a colour showing positive or negative)?
4) Does this test have the date on it, that you have taken the test, or is there anything which shoes the date that you have taken the test on this day (paperwork etc)?
5) If it shows negative/ or inconclusive pr negative can you keep having tests (every few weeks) if you get symptoms?
ie - is there a limit on the amount of tests you can take within 6 months?
6) How many tests have you had so far, for yourself? (if more than 1))
7) I know this depends on the centre, but is there a que when you get one, or usually quite empty there
8) In the test centre, what is the procedure?
9) If doing the Clinic walk in test (Not test to be taken in your car ) who do you meet there who gives you the test? a nurse? and where do you conduct the test, in the room?
10) If doing the Clinic walk in test (Not test to be taken in your car ) can you take the test home and do it there?
or you have to go back into the clinic and tell them the result?
11) When your test result comes, do they email a copy of the result ? do they text you a copy of the result?
12) After doing the test, what can be bought home as proof that you have done the test, paperwork? an email? a text?
Please answer as many of my concerns 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. 10, 11, 12 as you can xx

I appreciate that, but some of my questions concerns, I cannot find the info more, hence asking them questions.

2. Its a swab that you put in the back of your throat and up your nose.
3. A lateral flow test looks like a pregnancy test. There are two lines marked C and T. C is negative T is positive. Both together is inconclusive.
A pcr test is like a test tube and is sent off to a lab. You get the results about 2 days later.

6. Sorry stopped counting at 20.7, 8, 9 and 10. No idea sorry I've never been to a test centre.

I can only comment on the 2 tests we had and the local centre. No queue to be concerned with, maybe one or two infront, but multi-lane system. You drive in, show your number and then get passed everything through the car window.

You drive in, show your number and then get passed everything through the car window.
Then drive to a park area and do the test yourself before placing it back into a collection receptacle.
OR, there are sometimes people that can do an assisted test, so they insert the swab for you.1 -

C is negative.
C and T, even a faint T is positive.
T on its own or no lines at all is inconclusive and needs repeating.

I did the test, but immediately on the spot on the stick that the data sampling is done, nothing came out, only the color changed to pinkish (when the stick was already in the bottle with the solution).
