Major Mobiles Ltd

Hey everyone,
Just to summarise the current situation, I purchased a mobile phone on December 9th 2020 however I had chosen to cancel the order. The phone was sent to me but I refused the delivery however, according to The Royal Mail Tacking System, the phone has not been returned to Major Mobiles UK. Apart from the brief telephone conversations I had with 2 members of staff before Christmas, which I must say they we're extremely unprofessional, rude and dishonest, I have made hundreds of attempts to contact someone at Major Mobiles UK however the phone number that they provide on their website just continuously goes dead after ringing for around 20-30 seconds. After contacting the Royal Mail they say that the seller must raise a lost package to claim compensation and/or investigate the location of the package.
I have formally emailed a complaint to the company on the 8th January but have not received a response. I have also sent this formal complaint by letter via recorded delivery but, like my emails, I have yet to receive any sort of response. I am becoming increasingly concerned as they received the letter on the 8th January but was via a redirected collection point.
Has anyone else experienced Major Mobiles Ltd before?
Has anyone got any advice before I take this further legally?

Where are you getting major mobiles ltd from? I can't find any company called that on the register and their address doesn't seem to be genuine - it may be a po box but if you look at other companies at York house, they're all unit 10, unit 11.....nothing like 46454.
How did you pay for the order? Imo it's a good idea to investigate a company before purchasing from them the first time, unless perhaps you know someone personally (online reviews can be faked) who bought from them without issue.
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
There is a company Major Mobile Phones Ltd at the correct postcode: https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/12088179though no guarantee that's actually the same entity you're contracting with, which doesn't appear to be specified at all on their website.

So they do not list the manchester address for their office.
Our Warehouse is in Preston, UK and our Customer Support and office is in Manchester.
