Cost is £0 if you do yourself, but remember to put handbrake off or the drum will not come off. Though if it is a Yaris you can put a screw through the drum to take it off. One person on YouTube used kitchen grease cleaner and then put a bucket of water over it, then grease under the drum brake pads.
