Huawei Band 4 Pro Watch

I was given a Huawei Band 4 Pro Watch by one of my grandkids as I have been told by my doctor to exercise more and my grandkid thought it would be fun to see how far I was running/walking and where I was going. (Big brother is not watching it is big grandkid watching).
First problem, downloading the Huawei software to my Samsung tablet with Android 10, the Q code took me to a page that didn't exist.
Then I tried with my Nokia 1 phone, Android 10 Go same problem.
Then I tried an old Android tablet. Android 5.01 still no joy.
Then I tried using google play store, Huawei app did not show up.
Getting annoyed at this time so my grandkid tried using his old Android 6 phone.
Success, at least he could find the Huawei app.
So he took my tablet and searched for the app and found it and tried to install it.
this device is not compatible.
Same with my Nokia 1 phone and old tablet.
!!!!!!?
I tried all the suggestions I could find on the internet clear google play store cache etc and none worked.
Why would my 3 devices refuse to even show the Huawei app in Google play store yet my grandkids' would?
Any suggestions for a low cost watch with GPS and heartrate monitor
