Does anyone know if it must be one transactions of £70 or it can be multiple smaller transactions?

I done a single one but it does say valid once per card so guessing it is a single transaction. Here's the terms in Amex app - 

• Offer valid until 04 March 2021.
• Only one £15 statement credit per UK Card.
• Offer only available to the first 30,000 Cardmembers who save the offer to their Card.

• Offer valid for payments made in Great British Pound (GBP) online where PayPal is accepted.
• Valid for payments made in Great British Pound (GBP), which will be shown by PayPal as GBP. If your payment is converted into another currency before being submitted to us, your payment will not be valid for the offer.
• You can make payments using a PayPal account or by entering your Card details at PayPal checkout.
• When making payments from your PayPal account you must first link your Card to your PayPal account, then select your linked American Express Card at PayPal checkout.

• Offer only valid on orders delivered to the UK.

Does it mean you could use this to get £100 bonus on new Amex Everyday Platinum in the first 3 months? Send £700 every month as a gift?

Weird - I literally added the Amex to my PayPal. Didn't add the code or anything - just added card. Then went to gift money to family / friend and entered £75 and selected Amex card as funding source. 

Then it came through as a sale - as shown above. I didn't send to a person - my wife's account is a business account so maybe that's why it's a sale and not showing an email address?

I think PayPal may freeze your account after a while 😂

I thought about sending £10k to the wife on my Amex platinum. Decided against it. 🙈

Has anyone seen this offer appear with Amex cards other than the Amex Gold? For example, has anyone with the Amex Platinum cashback card seen this offer?

Never showed on any of my other 2 cards. Only the Gold one. Platinum & Green didn't offer it. 

I got the email from Amex and it had the gold card image so went straight there based on that. Otherwise I'd have missed it
