Bulk Transfer Photos from Win 10 to Google

Is there an easy way of transferring about 10000 photos in Windows Folders by year/month/photo name to Google Photos?
I can do it by transferring the contents of each folder separately but I would like to streamline it if possible. I understand the Windows folder system but I cannot get my head round the Android alternative.
