I am at the stage whereby we have a court date set and I am about to submit my evidence.Odd that they only sent you a 'reply to defence' then, as they have the same deadline for WS & evidence as you do.
You are meant to just copy the one by @jrhys then obviously go through changing the facts, till you get to the end, and add your own evidence (whatever that may be). Changing a WS to suit is flipping easy. Just change the facts...follow his style.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorry that I am posting them like this still - I just tried using Dropbox again but can’t seem to share a folder unless it’s being shared to an email. It’s not something I’ve ever used before0

But that's normal for BW Legal. Everyone gets that template, tweaked to suit.
Stop being put off and impressed with the amount of words. 99% of people here win.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok, they have swept the floor with me with things I have said in the past, they have also provided a copy of register of title showing they are the registered owners of the land so there are some things I cant use from the forum I don't think. I have started my WS, I will finish it tomorrow and upload so you guys can tell me what you think. I assume this must be printed and posted? in which case I will need to ensure I send it on Monday as the deadline is 26/050

That seems rather a lot of words for a small claim for a parking claim.imo.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -
THE BWLEGAL WS ?
They seem to get longer and longer but they are copy and paste and mostly nonsensical ?
BWLegal have form in the courts and still think they can mug a judge ? That means they now go to court clueless of what a judge will say. Gone are the days that BWL are winners, history now tells us they are NOT.
The judges have seen this all before and the longer their WS becomes, the less likely it will be read in full and probably will be skim read by the judge.
That is why your WS must be straight to the point, no waffle ... the judge will appreciate that
Gone are the days that BWL will win, depending on the judge it is now less than 50%
Parking claims have now become timewasting for the courts
