Every supplier I've been with gives monthly statements. I don't use any former Big-6 suppliers, who may still offer "traditional" quarterly accounts, but the the best value tariffs are generally online/paperless and expect monthly readings in exchange for the keen price.

Tariffs will generally be much more expensive compared to monthly DD ones. They want your money in their account in exchange for cheaper units.0

Scottish Power do0
-
Avro and Utility Point do (although I wouldn't currently recommend the latter).0

Neon Reef is another, give them a monthly reading and you get an invoice 5-6 days laterNever under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers1

The only energy supplier I have encountered who refused monthly billing when I asked for it was SSE about 3 years ago. The issue was moot, as I closed the account in less than 3 months with them!0

I have just switched to Bulb and first month in after submitting my meter readings I have a bill. This used to happen with my previous supplier (Igloo) also. In fact I can't remember the last supplier which didn't do this (maybe British Gas several years ago). Igloo were very good with customer service (email) - I only switched as they put up their prices and there was a £50 cashback from Bulb (see referrals board in this forum).0
