I am looking at opening a new ISA with Interactive Investor.
Can I transfer cash sitting in other S&S ISAs to this new ii ISA?

The scheme rules allow this, provided that you keep all current year subscriptions in the same place, but you'd need to check the (provider-specific) partial transfer permissibility for each move.
