Natwest seem to be charging me for a bank account I can't access, didn't know I had and do not want

  • The OP states he has received a card and Pin.
Surely the PIN advice  will have the sort code and account number on it.
I don't know about NatWest but TSB do not put the account number on the PIN-advice letters, not even the last 3 or 4 digits never mind the full number.  (I discovered this when I ordered PIN reminders for two TSB debit cards and the only way to find out which card went with which PIN was to try them out in an ATM.)

They must have moved away from the Lloyds system then because the account number was on the outside of the little 'tea bag' which you opened to reveal the Pin inside.

    OP addressed that already:
But looking back through the few emails they have sent, they have never sent me my account number. It is also not on either of the two letters (1 for the card, 1 for the PIN) I recieved. They've never sent me an account statement or any other physical letters.

They did indeed, with well-publicised spectacular consequences that nearly brought the bank down in 2018....
