Looking to switch media provider, every time I try to click on offers this pops up (see  below) any advice appreciated, thank you.                     (Please explain as if you were talking to a child)

Looks like zenaps is an affiliate network so either the offer hs expired or been removed, or there's an issue with their website. Who is the actual provider you want - try typing their address rather than via the link you're trying and see if the offer is available direct
