Land registry and HR4 processing time

Hello all
I’m wondering if someone can advise please?
In a nutshell, just got my decree absolute. I am living with my parents while my ex husband is living in my house (mortgage in my name, I’m sole earner).
He registered his home rights during our divorce but I have now completed a HR4 form and sent this along with my decree absolute to the Land Registry to have them lifted so I can hopefully finally sell my house.
My question is: how long do the Land Registry take to process an application of this nature? And will my ex husband be invited to respond to my application?
Many thanks
Els

Wait to wait times are currently around 5/6 weeks between receipt and a caseworker considering it and if it’s in order, completing and updating the register. If the HR4 is based on the decree absolute then the rights have come to an end so he won’t be invited to respond.“Official Company Representative
