Holiday carried over from previous year included?

I've just received my redundancy breakdown from the Insolvency Service. It seems they haven't included the holidays carried over from the previous year. Are they excluded? I know they only pay for holiday that has been accrued for the current year.

I haven't claimed for them but I would've thought they be included on my holidays for 2020.
