Octopus Energy transfers

Hi, has anyone had problems with claiming the £50.00 transfer bonus for going over to Octopus Energy? I was told I would get it but they have been coming up with excuses I really don't understand.

    No , how long has it been since the transfer ?

    It cannot be combined with a cashback site link , only via a referral link directly

    Hi I have just started the transfer from EON to Octopus completed via their app promising £50 back, should change over on 19th of this month, sent email through to site very impressed answered within 1 hour stating link had been registered and that the £50 would be applied after 1st DD payment.
    There are more questions than answers :shhh: :silenced:
