Totally fed up of trying to recover my credit balance of £90.74 from Utility Point.
I have tried all the 'nice' ways now.
Which would be the best route now, Money Claim Online or Small Claims Court ??

Have to tried the obvious way first -  an official written complaint (rather than lots of whinging on the phone) and then after eight weeks going to the Ombudsman.
Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers

I don't do 'whinging on the phone'.
    All done by email.

That's the same thing, under two different names.
    If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.

    Ah right.
Never had to resort to this type of thing before.

  • Have you tried Resolver? I've also heard that an email to Christina.clifford@utilitypoint.co.uk also works.

Just received my £90.74 credit balance refund plus £30 automatic compensation.
Just one more day & I would have received another £30 compensation.

I don't know what worked but it is most annoying to have to fight tooth & nail to get a credit balance refunded.
    Utility Point ??
