What would you say, in your experience @mattyprice4004 would be a reasonable amount of time to wait before making a complaint?  I had two parcels from two sellers shipped, the tracked one arrived last week.

Personally another couple of weeks - things are still really, really slow. 
It also seems to be completely random - like your situation, some of things we sent arrived in excellent time and some just seem to be taking forever,

My brother sent me a birthday card from Singapore, on 21 December (via Air Mail).  It arrived, 3 weeks later, on 11 January.  I lived in Singapore, as a child, back in 1963.  It seems that the postal service hasn't improved much over the decades.  Perhaps they're still using Constellations and Comets....
