Damp above window. Advice needed please

This has appeared in the last week above the window in our downstairs toilet. Is it coming from outside? Or possibly a leak from the radiator on the floor directly above? Or something else? Any advice would be very much appreciated as I’m not sure who to call at the moment be it a builder or plumber!! TIA

Check the position of the radiator pipe, check under the floor covering if possible and touch the pipe for leaks. Check when it is both cold and hot as small leaks can sometimes evaporate when hot.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Can we have a photo of that same wall from outside please? The wider angle the better (within reason).

Higher. That exterior pic barely shows ceiling level. Water usually comes downwards.0
