Refund for cancelled concert

Hi, I have been trying to get a refund for the last 10 months for a concert that got cancelled. I’m not having much luck, the company keeps saying (when I chase them up monthly via email) that the refund is in progress but there are very long delays due to covid. I’ve tried calling but after 5 minutes the line goes dead each time!

I have spoken to my credit card company and they said because I purchased the tickets over 120 days ago they can’t help me??? 

Any advise would be really appreciated 😊

Tell your card provider you want to make a s75 claim.

Providing the price of each ticket was over £100, of course - it won't work otherwise

Were or were not? If they were over £100 each it should be a happy face as you can start a S75 claim.

£250 for the 2 tickets so will get onto the S75, thank you for your help
