B&Q kitchen

Hi, this is my first post, so hopefully I'm doing this right.
We bought a kitchen from B&Q in October 2018, by April 2019 one of the doors had began to delaminate and we also noticed one of the handles were faulty.
We contacted B&Q and they replaced the door, but could not get us an exact match on the handles and sent us "something similar"

The handles they sent would mean the old screw holes would be visible and they didn't match what we had, so we never put them on.
By September 2019 nearly ever door was displaying delamination. I contacted B&Q again and was told,
"There is nothing we can do, you're kitchen is damp."
Our kitchen is not damp and they never came to inspect it nor did they ask us to return any of the doors for inspection. B&Q are now ignoring all communication with me.
During the pandemic I have tried countless times to get in touch with the furniture Ombudsman but their communication is very lacking and at one point they closed my case without ever getting in touch with me.
Is there anywhere I can go from here, what would my next steps be?

You can sue B&W in the Small Claims Court, but you will need some expert evidence that the doors are delaminating because of a manufacturing fault and not because of dampness. Unfortunately you will have to find an expert yourself. You will need to send B&Q a letter before action and offer to go to mediation.
The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.
