In our lounge we have recently repainted to Dulux Polished Pebble on the walls, can't decide what colour carpets to put down. Our sofas are a denim blue and we have a couple of cream tub chairs. Furniture is mainly light oak.  Does anybody have suggestions for what we could change the carpet to, the current beige doesn't go very well.

I'm not sure if this helps. Our colours are similar to yours and we chose beige carpet.

Our living room walls are painted with Dulux Clouded Pearl4, a greyish colour.

One sofa is denim blue and the other a deep red. Our other furniture is mainly light oak.

We recently had a new carpet fitted and we chose Bell Twist Amaretto supplied by John Lewis which I suppose could be called beige.

    Post a few pictures.

A man walked into a car showroom.
He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".

Would you mind doing that too? It'll give Slinky a good idea whether it's the scheme they are thinking of.
