QDR Solicitors "FORMAL LETTER OF CLAIM"
Comments

If they failed to supply the pdt records for your vehicle , reply and give them 7 days to comply or you will complain to the ICO ll
Then complain to the ICO if they refuse or ignore your request
This can also be brought up in court
Just assume that you will bring up all issues in court , no what ifs , just do2 -
Ask QDR to disclose the machine records, as part of the requirements of the pre-action protocol for debt claims.
Obviously, don't ring them (when I say ''ask'' I don't mean phone a scammer or debt recovery robo-claim 'legal' firm).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

When you said "car out of bay" - how badly?
Not ina bay at all
Wheel fully over into another bay
Wheel on line / just over
Give us some ideas.3 -
all so ...."Has my SAR been completed though as they haven't provided the PDT machine records. I'm certain that I paid for parking on each one of the days of the tickets. "is this not irrelevant if the 'claim is for parked out of a bay ' ?can you give a break down yet of the amounts being claimed ?Ralph

I sent them a message saying this and the DPO responded saying they have 30 days to comply from the date of the original messageRedx said:If they failed to supply the pdt records for your vehicle , reply and give them 7 days to comply or you will complain to the ICO ll

I should ask QDR for the machine records or NPC?Coupon-mad said:Ask QDR to disclose the machine records, as part of the requirements of the pre-action protocol for debt claims.

Not in a bay at all, but in an empty unmarked space that was not in the way of any footpaths or traffic or even blocking any cars in.Ralph-y said:nosferatu1001 said:When you said "car out of bay" - how badly?

It probably is irrelevant, maybe i'm clutching at straws. I thought that maybe if i show i've paid for each of the days even though my car was not in a bay but also not obstructing anything else. Its £196 per ticket. Thats £100 for the original ticket and then zzps have added their charges on top.all so ...."Has my SAR been completed though as they haven't provided the PDT machine records. Well NPC are the ones witht he PDT records, but Im not sure what you expect the records to prove. I fail to see the connection.
I'd suggest you get photos, because we've had "not in a bay" before, and photos photos photos required.1 -
They've sent all the photos already and they clearly show the vehicle not in a marked baynosferatu1001 said:Well NPC are the ones witht he PDT records, but Im not sure what you expect the records to prove. I fail to see the connection.
