Restoring current downloads to bottom left of Edge browser.

Hi,
I used to see downloads in progress at bottom left of Edge browser with option to view in folder delete etc, but that seems to have disappeared., Any way to restore I wonder?

CTRL+J brings up the downloads window, but the bar you mention only appears if you're downloading something and stays until the window is closed (or you dismiss the bar).
