They often have the Hitchcock box ( and another with different films) in the HMV shops on offer for around £15 - still a good deal, but great at £8.99. Nearly bought it but we have a backlog of dvd's to get through already.

i brought the hitchcock set for £8.99 and on my account it says on order from suppliers so i wouldnt worry about missing out cos we probably wont even get it

does anyone know if Garfield is any good?Is it for younger kids or older ones?I can't remember but i havea5yr old would it be suitable for him only 3.99 sounds pretty good for two films!

don't want to put a downer on the deal of the day from HMV but I order Ice Age1 & 2 last weekend for £3.99 and I still don't have the goods.

Just spoken to Customer services because my order had gone on to special order status the website was still saying in stock and lets just say it looks like my husband could well have one less present to open on christmas day. As they did not have enough and had to re-order stock.

So don't bank on these some of the deal of days arriving in time for christmas.

One very annoyed and unhappy HMV customer who will not be shopping with them again.

Is it only up to 14 December they are doing the deals ?

I've enjoyed checking every day and ordered Ice Age 1+2 ( arrived last Friday) and The Hitchcock DVD. I will have to check if alls well with the Hitchcock dvd by the looks of it.
