Hello Peeps,
I am struggling to find an answer to the below question so hoping someone on here has the answer.
So I am currently trying to get my finances in order and I have checked my credit report.
It turns out I have 2 CCJ's, 1 from 2018 that I am aware of and one from 2019 that I am not as I moved address and the summons was sent to my previous address.
I am in the process of having the second removed but my question is this.
If I am successful in having the second removed, what sort of impact would it have on my credit file?

It'll be one less CCJ that lenders will see. Generally, it will reduce your risk by a very small amount.
Obviously it will ultimately depend on the lender in question, but you'll struggle with mainstream credit.1 -
As above, the presence of any CCJs on your credit file will have a seriously detrimental effect on your creditworthiness until six years has lapsed and the judgement falls off your report. Settling the CCJ does reduce your risk, but you'll still find it very difficult to obtain mainstream credit with any CCJs in your six year credit history.1
