1. The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the promoter and their family, and any other person associated with this promotion. The Promoter may require proof from you of your eligibility to enter the prize draw.
2. Promotional Period: Prize draw open between 07:00 on 13/01/2021 and 23:59 on 17/01/2021. No purchase necessary. Internet access is required. One entry per person, per prize draw. All entries received after the Promotional Period are automatically disqualified.
3. The Prize: a £150 FatFace e-voucher to spend online and a Sanctuary Spa hamper worth approx £150. Sanctuary Spa hamper will contain skincare and wellness products. The Sanctuary Spa Hamper will either be sent to the winner via Royal Mail or another courier. Recipient must have a UK postcode.
4. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random draw, conducted within 7 working days of the end of the Promotion Period from all valid entries.
5. Winner notification: The winner will be contacted via email within 7 working days of winner selection. If a winner is not contactable or fails to respond to any correspondence within 7 working days of dispatch of the winner notification, the promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner.
6. For the name and county of the winner, send an email to marketing@fatface.com with ‘FatFace + Sanctuary Spa Prize Draws’ in the subject line, to arrive within 1 month of the close of the promotion.
7. Please allow 28 days from winner verification for delivery of your prize.
8. The promoter is not liable for third party products or services and the prize is subject to the prize manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
9. This promotion is run by FatFace and is not endorsed, supported or associated with any of the brands used as prizes. All trademarks are noted and acknowledged.
10. By entering the Promotion, the participant agrees to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or with the acceptance, possession, attendance at or use of any prize (except death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence), for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law.
11. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addressed, using identities other than their own or any other automated means, in order to increase the participant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. Proof of sending an entry form is not proof of entry.
13. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
14. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
15. The winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity associated with this promotion.

Working fine for me on Firefox, got a 'Thanks for entering our competition' after clicking submit.
