House price reduction website anyone!

A while ago I remember using a website that showed how the prices were dropping on houses for sale, it showed the sold for prices, what they were originally up for, and the percentage they had dropped. It also showed houses still up for sale and showed how they were dropping etc. I think it was a national site, and you could type in your postcode to see how house prices were doing near you.
Don't suppose anyone knows the website?

That site is a joke! Check out the 2nd biggest faller (Norwich) and look at the price tracking. It goes up and down faster more times than a lift in a shopping mall.
In my area, pretty much all the major reductions are from an original asking price to an "Offers Over" Price, with a proviso that no offer and acceptance is legally binding - an Estate Agent Gimmick.0 -

I don't quite get the up and down thing. I'm presuming it's somthing the agent's do in quick succession in order to get the property to show as new on rightmoveSo the actual asking price isn't dropping like it might seem to have done.
Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
