    Take some time to see what you are invested in for each, and what charges are involved - that way you can make an informed decision. Also consider what options are there for the future- you might want to adjust your strategy as you get nearer to retirement.

    Thank you. I'm just not sure whether the employee pension offers benefits beyond my Nutmeg pension, though I definitely intend to continue contributing to one or both of these!
    If your employer uses a salary sacrifice method for the payments into the pension then you'll likely benefit by not paying any national insurance on the amount being paid into the company pension, so in that case there would definitely be a benefit for you though whether it would override your perceived benefits of Nutmeg would depend on you.
