Debit Card Frozen

Sorry if this is the wrong section. My card has been blocked by Lloyds Bank. I received a text asking me to call them. Went through high level security. Answered questions about specific transactions including the date, time and amount. Adviser told me I need to attend the local branch with ID to get my card unblocked. I can't use chip and pin or contactless. I can't transfer any money out of my account. All I can do is access my internet banking. This is all the money I have to live on and I can't access it. Lloyds keep telling me to visit a branch with ID. I live in Scotland and the branch locator on the website said there are no branches in Scotland. Surely this can't be right? I'm at my wit's end. Direct debits are due to come out towards the end of the month and I really don't know what to do. Can someone please provide any help. It would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks for reading

You can use BOS, possibly Halifax too. You may need to arrange an appointment at the moment rather than just popping in so phone beforehand.1

Just pop into any Bank of Scoland branch with your Lloyds debit card and requested ID, and they should be able to help you there and then.0
