I've downloaded CDex from https://cdex.mu/download When trying to open it I got an error message about a virus. Windows Defender found one threat though Malwarbytes didn't. Now I can't remove it because it has a virus.
How do I get rid of this now please and what other programme could I use? Thanks.

When the warning came up, why did you install it! I hope you have at least some virus protection.
You do not need these programmes, both Windows media and iTunes will extract your cd music and put these in their player. I have used iTunes for some time now.

I know better...Didn't know about Windows Media but found that iTunes did it for me. I haven't bought a physical CD for about three years but this particular one wasn't available for digital download. Been faffing around with iTunes now, but it's done.Any ideas about how to delete the programme from downloads folder?Thanks0 -
