IPhone photo not readable by transferwise

I have been sending photos from my iPhone to transferwise and they keep saying to send one that they can read. The photos seen to be very small when they are uploaded to the box on their site but I don't know how to enlarge them. I can't find anything about Image size and enlarging. I am not good at IT , so any hope is welcome. Thanks.

Try going to your camera settings and increase the resolution/image size before taking any more photos.1

Thanks for the suggestion. I looked up the settings but there are none to do with image size or resolution. There are ways to crop an image but that's not what's needed. The phone guide offers no solutions. I will probably try to contact TransferWise. Thanks again.0
