We use 6500kWh of gas per year and 2700kw of electric per year. Our monthly direct debit is set at £54 and is in credit to cover winter usage. We are in a modern 3 bed detached house with two of us living here. I'm currently working from home and have been since March.

My usage over a 12 month period (I took an average over the last 3 years) it's not far off each year, I keep records.
Electric 1670 kWh 
Gas 7615 kWh
£52 per month DD but I've just lowered it to £45 and review it again in March as I'm £124 in credit. My latest monthly bill yesterday was £73.
My total energy bill for dual fuel last year was £595. Two occupants (retired) 
3 bed 70's brick built semi with mostly all the energy saving stuff I can apply, cavity wall insulation, new top up loft insulation about 6 years ago, new boiler 3 years ago with more modern radiators and stat/control units.
I'm with Igloo on a variable tariff, that's the only tariff they do.

Gas 14000kwh £405 Elec 4500kwh £585 ......£990 a year plus the added bonus of £160 (4 x £40) referrals on gas bringing gas price down to £245 and the total to £830
