hi, I read an article on here last year about claiming money back from pay day lenders for irresponsible lending.  I therefore started a claim  via resolver  on February 18th 2020 and have  had absolutely nothing back from them, has anyone experienced this? of so what have you done?

Most people who use Resolver have experienced this.

If you want to make a complaint, always send it directly to the company.

Remember also you don't claim anything, you complain that they should not have lent to you, e.g. unaffordable, loan on top of loan etc. Simply having a pay day loan doesn't mean it was irresponsible lending, if you paid it back on time and had no issues, it will likely go nowhere. Check also that the firm is still operating
