Gift voucher expiry options

Hi there

Christmas 2019 I got a craft Scotland voucher. Super excited I booked in a course right away which got cancelled due to low numbers.  I rebooked and it cancelled two more times. All well before Covid. Then COVID hit. They won’t give me a refund but say that I have extend the voucher to end of feb 2021.  I have tried to book a course a further 2 times but they don’t go ahead due to Covid. What are my options?

So disappointed and will not use them again. Any help appreciated.

Any rights sit with the purchaser, so if the voucher provider were to refund anyone, it would be them.  All you can do is ask them for a further extension.
