Refund Rights - Currys business

Hi, not sure if this is posted in the right category put was wondering if anyone knows much about refunds from business. I and alot of people on currys business twitter ccount have ordered products online that were In stock, once these products were purchased they sent emails out saying they were now out of stock. Me and looks like everyone else got in touch for refunds and upto now its been 4+ weeks for me and some it has been 6+ weeks, I have had to send back statements to prove I havent received the refund and its clearly not jist a one off they are doing it to alot of people. Was wondering where do I stand on this, do I jist have to hope they pay up eventually or is there a faster process I could go down.

Thanks for any help

Presumably you are a business customer?

B2B transactions have little nanny state protections as you are anticipated to be able to negotiate and deal with things on a more even footing than a B2C one where the big nasty business can bully the naïve consumer. As such you need to look at the T&Cs you agreed to in terms of cancellation rights and timescales.

The only faster process would be if you paid by debit/credit card and ask them to do a chargeback, this means you initially get the monies back almost straight away but if the merchant disputes the chargeback the funds will be clawed back.

The other option is obvious the courts, following a letter before action, but that certainly isnt going to be a faster process.
