For the work capability assessment you can be reassessed anytime from 3 months. I wouldn't advise ringing ESA because it's nothing to do with those at the moment. It will be the Helath Assessment Advisory Service you'll need to ring. See link.Regarding filling the form is. My advice is to put as much information as possible about how your conditions affect you, rather than just fill it in with basic information. The more information they have, the better it will be for you.

You have to do it whenever they decide to reassess you (I suddenly feel very nervous writing that, knowing I'll have to go through it again at any time too - it's been almost a year since my first assessment).
Three online print-to-post services I could find, in case you need them:
https://print-post.co.uk/product/document-printing/
https://printt.com
https://www.ukpostbox.com/services/send-letters-online
(I would definitely recommend posting them to yourself though, then you can check them and write your name and NINO on each sheet.)0 -

Yes, it's very daunting when those forms come through the door and even more so when it's the work capability assessment ones because they arrive in white a envelope, not brown.

Yes! That really threw me off, so what was inside was quite a shock!poppy12345 said:Yes, it's very daunting when those forms come through the door and even more so when it's the work capability assessment ones because they arrive in white a envelope, not brown.
Well, you clearly got the right decision last time, so just try to do the same again and hopefully it will be okay. If not, and nothing's changed, you know what you are entitled to which will be motivation *if* you have to fight for it. (But obviously I hope you have the right outcome straight away!)Tractorgirlwobble said:Thank you so much xx
