Furlough due to childcare/ homeschooling - my company does not participate in furlough at all

  • You can request it, but ultimately if your employer needs you there to work then they're unlikely to do it.
    There's nothing you can do to force them, ultimately childcare is your issue so you'll need to make arrangements or take unpaid leave.
