We've just had our Fire Risk Assessment done in the communal as part of the process for selling our flat. The recommendations that came back were fire doors on the flat and also having in a wired fired alarm system between both flats. There are two flats in the building. Before sale are we going to have to have these things done? Or is it something they can 'take a view on'? It feels like a little late in the game for us to try and start getting works organised...
