Pret not such a caring company

Having purchased a monthly subscription from Pret I found our local shop had closed on 19th December just 10days into my payment they are still closed to use another outlet would be a 14mile round trip which is not allowed at this time three emails to Pret asking for a credit on my accounts has got me nowhere shame on them

As a subscription service, it allows you up to 5 cups of coffee a day, and not a credit service. As such that is what you are paying for. Personally, my bag of PG tips is around £17 cheaper a month!
But you can cancel, just read their terms and conditions, they allow you to cancel anytime, even in your first month.
