Hi
After some advice please
in the process of planning an extension to property which will fall under permitted development. Have architect plans and waiting on structural calculations.

I need to move a manhole that is currently within the area we wish to build in. I’ve had it check by cctv drainage today and been informed it’s a private drain and do not need any permission to move it. Obviously it needs to be built up to specs for building control.
for the application do I need to include this move as part of the plans for the application or can I simply tell the building inspector that we plan to move the manhole
Thanks
