    Green crocs with socks. Every self-respecting mouse would stay away just for the sake of decency.

    That could cause issues with getting a mortgage. Not sure how many banks are willing to lend on a house sold within 6 months.

    Yes, we definitely wouldn’t have offered asking price!

    We hadn’t realised this!!
