Upstairs neighbour is constantly slamming doors and dragging furniture across from Midnight until 6am would this be classes as the above ?. I know it's not really classes as it during the day and i'm fine with it. Just not getting sleep with it been unsocialable hours.

Door slamming isn't considered a nuisance although it clearly is if you have to live with it. Its a widespread problem which can be massively reduced with damping between the door and frame and a small amount of thought and effort.
I'd question why they are repeatedly moving furniture through the night. Does it sound intentional? I'd start by explaining they are waking you through the night, many people are completely ignorant of the noise they make.

It could be interpreted as ASB if they are aware that it is depriving you of sleep, and continue.  But its proving it.

Any idea whats happening up there?  Are they perhaps moving out?  They can't be moving furniture around for the rest of their lives!

Yes, ASB if it is intentional, SNN if the noise is sustained. You should start keeping a noise diary, and note in it the conversations you have with the neighbours. I agree with Norman_Castle's view that many people are not aware of the noise they are making, or that it is affecting the neighbours. If you go and see them to talk about it, check it's a good time for them, then explain that you have been woken in the night be the sound of doors closing and furniture being moved around, and ask them if they could try to move stuff around during the day rather than after midnight. You can offer to help them quieten the doors down by helping them to fit felt buffers to the door frames. The chances are they will be embarrassed, and agree to the limit the noise. If they take a belligerent attitude, just say that you are disappointed that they won't work with you to solve the problem, and leave as quickly as you can. There is no point trying to argue with someone that is not embarrassed about a neighbour complaining to them. Make a note of what they say or agree to do.
