Sky Broadband Switch Claim

Hi
Has anyone else had issued with claiming broadband switch credit from Sky? I repeatedly attempted to contact them within the 90-day timeframe but was told that due to Covid redeployment of Switch Squad staff a note would be put on my file to confirm I had attempted to update them. They are now refusing my reimbursement due to my delay in contacting them! When I send explanation emails I just receive a generic "out of 90-day" response.

Are you talking about the credit Sky will give you if you have to pay cancellation fees to your old provider?
