Apologies, spoonie - i somehow overlooked that you had already provided all the information necessary. It is frustrating when people come back with more questions having clearly not read the links provided.
No worries! You didn't duplicate links so I thought nothing of it - and even if you had, you are not in the habit of ignoring other people's posts so I'd have still just put it down to an oversight :)

So do you need to be supplying fit notes after 29 days all the way through the 3 month process and what about after your accepted, if you are, do you still need fit notes?

Fit notes need to be sent when you report a health condition and not 29 days after. You need to continue to send them, without any gaps until a decision's been made on your claim and this could be longer than 3 months. If the decision takes longer than the 3 month waiting period (a lot of times it does) then if the decision is LCWRA then any money owed will be backdated.
Have you read the links posted above? If not then please do read them they contain a lot of helpful information.
Edit to add, if the decision is either LCW or LCWRA then no more fit notes will be needed.
So how different would LCWRA be to PIP they sound pretty similar criteria?

I'm trying to work out if it's worth applying for LCWRA. I phoned the doctor and the receptionist said it's unlikely that the doctor will phone back(phone appointments only) for fit notes, and she didn't phone back.

So atm I can't even get a fit note.

Read the criteria in the links provided and decide for yourself. We can’t advise you, we know nothing about how your health affects you.

Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.

I'm assuming by that, you haven't even read any of the links provided because they are quite different. Please read the links because we can't tell you whether you would qualify for either LCW or LCWRA.

Have you actually looked at any of the links that have been supplied to you?

PIP is a very different benefit, awarded for people who need extra help you with everyday life if they have an illness, disability or mental health condition. You can get it on top of ESA, UC, or other benefits. Your income, savings, and whether you’re working or not don't affect your eligibility.

The Work Capability Assessment is used to decide whether or not you are fit for work under ESA and Universal Credit. So the activities are geared towards the ability to manage in a workplace. Mobilising will assume the use of a manual wheelchair, PIP just looks at your walking ability.

Most likely no. It's very frustrating when we take the time to advise people, put up links to help them and they don't even bother to read them. Makes me so mad.

         Totally agree poppy.

There are some really good sites out there (Adviceguide / entitledto / turn2us / gov.uk / etc) which can give forumites useful (and accredited) information about the issues they raise, and which explains things in more detail (and clarity) than I ever could in a post.
It's one of the reasons why I now post more infrequently.  (Along with the fact that this forum already benefits from some really knowledgeable and clear forumites like yourself, calcotti, etc (to name but two) who do give freely of their time to try to help others).
