New to Plusnet, can I cancel within 7 days on connection?

We switched from sky, never any problems connecting any gadget, no drops in Internet. Unfortunately their router so has to go back to them. I regret changing now, another day of internet dropping! I only changed as we were no longer in contract and the price was due to be hiked.

We aren't able to run ethernets around the house to plug each gadget in and I think it's ridiculous to have to do that nowadays, I just don't get why it keeps disconnecting randomly and to random gadgets

If they've given you the Sagecom 2704n router  that is a pile of junk and I'd start with telling plusnet to replace it with the hub one, failing that BT hubs are pretty cheap to buy from the likes of eBay, gumtree and Facebook marketplace.
