Just wondering if these are actually available via online banking as I can't seem to find them?

I need it to support interest earned on my regular saver, but I can't seem to find the hard copy or an electronic copy.  Worst case is I could just use the amount that was transferred by FD (on maturity) to my nominated savings account held wwith them.

Problem is, regular saver accounts are not viewable / accessible once they've matured (annoyingly) - just disappears without trace!

If you send them a secure message, they can tell you the interest account and/post you an interest certificate

I'm sure I've had hard copy statements in the post previously, but I just cannot find the most recent one.

Strange they don't issue interest certificates.
