Hello, is anyone able to help or anyone else struggling to get money back from Bookings.com for a hotel stay we couldn’t do due to Covid ?
We have been in contact with them and they always respond really quickly to emails and ask us to send proof of booking and then the refund should be sent so we send the proof to them then we hear nothing we have tried following it up with emails but we still hear nothing ????
We have tried to call them but unless you have a current booking ref and pin you can’t get passed the automated telephone system.
