Unadopted road. Restrictive covernment in stating you will pay management company. No management company in place as company struck off. Will mortgage lenders still lend???

We’ve never had an adopted road and still got mortgages and our first house purchase many years ago the management company had never got off the ground, it was supposed to be the owners themselves who run the company but nobody did, again we got mortgage with no questions asked by mortgage company.1
