Does each company pay a different amount for or is it a set figure regardless of which company you work for.
I am asking because someone owes me money, they say there gona get a lot more then on government website.

There's a statutory minimum that has to be paid. Nothing to stop an employer paying an enhanced rate.2

Stat is 1 week for every year worked. Last time I got 1 month per every year.0
