In my desktop PC I have a USB 3.0 port at the rear panel. In to this i have an USB extension lead running to the top of my desk because it's awkward getting to the rear of the PC.
I connect something to this and occasionally get the message as per this thread title.
Why is that? Does the extension lead cause restrictions?
