TUI

Dear all,
Just have a few queries that I hope members might be able to shed some light on re TUI shares.
Just some basic maths, if I’ve got this right, on simply buying new shares on top of what I already hold:
I currently have 155 shares @ £3.87 = £599.85 cost. If I then buy 25/29 (my entitlement, I believe) (134) @ £1.00 (or thereabouts) my total cost has been £733.85/289=£2.54 per share. As long as the share price stays above £2.54 I’m up.
As far as I’m aware, you need to hold shares on 11th Jan to qualify for the reduced share price of the new shares. I can then buy these reduced shares from 12th Jan.
Just a few queries:
Once I have the entitlement to the new £1.00 shares confirmed, can I just sell me existing shares at whatever price they’re at on Tues (in fact, once I have the entitlement confirmed, can I immediately sell the current shares, perhaps on Mon)? Or will trading be suspended for a period?
Many websites mention shareholders receiving e-mail confirmation of their entitlement. I have my shares through iWeb. Not sure of this is automatically done if I click ‘buy’ on Tues/if iWeb e-mail me/if I have to do anything.
Do members think there will be a race to the bottom on Monday, with the current price crashing?
Once/if I buy my 134 @ £1.00, can I immediately sell at their current market price?
Any advice or correction much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Apologies, just located this bit of info on another forum:
Tues 12th Jan - Rights are credited to accounts
Shareholders then have around 2 weeks to pay for the rights (c97p).
Shares tradeable from around 29th Jan.
Broker’s may let you trade the rights from Tuesday, but some may not.Guess this does mean that I could sell my existing shares Tuesday and have the guaranteed 134 @ c97p guaranteed for purchase on 29th.
Again, any correction or clarification appreciated.
Thanks.

Or, is the correct logic to wait until the share price falls to as near low as I think it's going to get on Monday, then actually buy more, thereby giving me entitlement to more buys at c97p the following day, if that makes sense?
Sorry for the emerging Qs. Hopefully others may be interested in this.
